- For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-14 business days of placing your order.
4. Customised Wigs Lead Time:
- Please note that customised wigs have a lead time of approximately 3 weeks. This is the time it takes for our team to customise your wig to meet your personal specifications. The lead time begins from the date of order confirmation and payment.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order on the Royal Mail website.
6. Delivery Time:
- The delivery time varies based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Royal Mail tracked delivery typically takes 1 business days for domestic orders and 7 business days for international orders.
7. International Shipping:
- For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may be applicable. Wed endeavour to cover where possible. Any extra charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
