All of our wigs are custom coloured by hand. While every effort is made to replicate the original tone and placement, slight variations may occur in shade or highlight distribution. This is part of what makes each piece unique.

Additionally, the wig cap may show signs of minor discolouration due to the colouring process — this does not affect the wear or quality.

We make every effort to capture colours accurately in our product photos, but please be aware that screen settings, lighting, and display differences may cause colours to appear slightly different in person.

Fits head sizes 21"–23" with adjustable straps included for a secure fit.

1. Faulty Items:
- We thoroughly inspect all wigs before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at sales@wigbeautystudio.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Hygiene Considerations:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. Please choose your wig carefully and refer to our sizing guide to ensure the right fit.

3. Return Eligibility:
- Returns are only usually accepted for faulty items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of colour, or any other non-fault related reasons. No re-stocking fee for Faulty Items. 

4. Return Period:
- Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Any reports received after this period will not be eligible for a return.

5. How to Initiate a Return:
- If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer support team at sales@wigbeautystudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the fault, and any supporting images.

6. Return Authorisation:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return the item.

7. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is deemed faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

8. Refund or Exchange:
- If the item is confirmed as faulty, you may choose between a refund or an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.

9. Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
